We will ship your order with insurance.  Items are covered while in transit but not after delivery so please make sure your are home to receive and sign for your package.  After order is delivered we are no longer responsible.

Orders must be shipped to the shipping/billing address provided at check-out and can not be changed once the package has shipped.

You must provide a valid email address and phone number upon request to assist with customs clearance, delivery issues and/or payment verification.   If you fail to provide a valid email address or phone number and an item can not be delivered we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on a case by case basis in our sole discretion.  

Orders typically ship within 2 to 3 days after receiving full payment and/or payment verification.  In some circumstances this may be delayed to verify payment or for reasons beyond our control.  Shipping typically takes 1 to 5 days to arrive at most destinations within North America (subject to customs delays which are out of our control).  

Please note that shipments times are not guaranteed and may vary take longer than the times outlined above.

International Shipments 
International shipments may experience longer than usual delivery times due to customs delays out of our control.  Customs may contact you directly if they require additional information from including the collection of additional personal information, taxes and duties.  It is your responsibility to respond to any customs queries or request for payment promptly and completely.  If you do not provide customs with the required information or pay the required duties in a timely manner your item may be returned to sender and a 20% restocking fee will be charged as well as any shipping costs.  

Taxes And Duties
International taxes and duties are not included in the purchase price.  You are responsible for paying any additional taxes and duties your local government may charge for you to import a particular product.  Please contact your local border authority with any questions.

Import Restrictions
You are also responsible for verifying there are no local import restrictions.
