Charming belle époque antique natural pearl and diamond plaque ring in platinum. The pearls in this ring are natural which is rare and makes this piece special.

Natural pearls are created in the ocean by nature without human intervention when an irritant like a grain of sand accidentally gets into an oyster and is covered by layers of nacre over many years. The only way to tell the difference between natural and cultured pearls is by X-ray technology.

Twenty two-bed set antique old European cut diamonds with a total carat weight of approximately 0.75 carats, G-H colour, VS clarity with a fair cut.
Three natural pearls 4.8 mm to 5.0 mm in size. Light cream in colour with a very good buster, off-round, and lightly blemished with good matching.

The ring is a size 6.5 and can be resized.
